Good shot. We can see much emotions in her face. But treatment is not perfect. You shoulded used blur in cheeks and equalized colors (white and grey). Of course not much. But little... Hand look like hand washed cow or dog...

have you seen the original? blur...wouldn't fit, i darkened the white parts, the really white to grey,
i made the pic itself darker and faded all the white to grey, and then i made something with cheeks andhand....can't tell what, but it came out good...and i got the skin to look paler as usual and a bit ill...if you looked at the original, you'd see a bit of it.
